<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edge material for adjusting a width in accordance with a width of a butt end of a decorative plate. <P>SOLUTION: The edge material 1 has an edge material body 2 and a skin part 3 on which the edge material body 2 is laminated. The skin part 3 has a fixation part 3a overlapping the edge material body 2, and a movable part 3b extending from a longitudinal side face 2c of the edge material body 2. The movable part 3b is bendable at the longitudinal side face of the edge material body 2, which is a boundary between the fixation part 3a and the movable part 3b, or near the longitudinal side face 2C.
