<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unvulcanized strip-like rubber member delivering device suppressing variations in extension amount by increasing control accuracy of delivering travel speed of an unvulcanized strip-like rubber member to thereby ensure superior uniformity. <P>SOLUTION: A strip-like rubber member delivering device includes: a delivering shaft 2 supporting a winding roll 3 of an unvulcanized strip-like rubber member 21 wound while sandwiching a liner 22 to govern the delivering travel of the strip-like rubber member; a liner driving means 5 drawing the liner sandwiched by the unvulcanized strip-like rubber member traveling by being delivered from the delivering shaft at a required speed; a winding shaft 6 winding the liner; and an extendible conveyor 7 conveying the unvulcanized strip-like rubber member in which the liner is wound under the presence of a festoon. The strip-like rubber member delivering device includes: a deflection sensor 9 provided at a generation position of the festoon and measuring the maximum deflection amount of the festoon; and a control means for controlling the liner drawing speed VL of the liner driving means in accordance with the measured maximum deflection amount and a target deflection amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
