In order to solve problems such as yellowing from firing at a high temperature and reduced transmittance, reduced insulation performance, and inadequate stability, provided is a resin composition containing: oxide microparticles; an alkali-soluble resin; either (i) a specific fluorine skeleton compound or (ii) a thermosetting resin; and a polyfunctional monomer having four or more functional groups.
