The mass ratio of the ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, the polyolefin elastomer, the lignocellulose powder, the foamer, the crosslinker, the activator, and the zinc oxide is 70 : 30 : 20-80 : 3.0-5.0 : 0.4-1.0 : 1.0-3.0 : 0.5-2.5. The modified EVA foam has a specific weight of less than 0.2, a light mass, a compression deformation of less than 50％, and can withstand wear for a long time. The shoe insole made by the modified foam is lightweight, durable, and suitable for a variety of insoles and foot pads for shoes of athletic and leisure type, and has an important application value.
