PURPOSE: A molding device, a method for controlling the same, and a waterproofing method using the molding device are provided to minimize the using amount of a molding resin and to maximize water proofing effect. CONSTITUTION: A molding device includes a molding resin forming and injecting unit(110), a coating unit(140), and a controlling unit(150). The molding resin forming and injecting unit includes a quantitative amount discharging part and a mixing and injecting part. The quantitative amount discharging part respectively receives and discharges a waterproofing resin solution and a hardener. The mixing and injecting part mixes the waterproofing resin solution and the hardener to obtain a molding resin. The molding and injecting part injects the molding resin into a case of a product to be molded. The coating unit includes a rotary bracket and a second driving motor. The molding resin is injected into the rotary bracket, and the product with a case cover is loaded on the rotary bracket. The second driving motor rotates the rotary bracket. The controlling unit includes a first controlling part(152) and a second controlling part(168). The first controlling part controls the molding resin manufacturing processes and the injecting unit operating processes. The second controlling part controls the coating unit operating processes. |
