<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor driving apparatus which enables simple and rapid setting by using a setting display device for displaying related information required for the setting, concurrently with setting content. <P>SOLUTION: In a motor driving apparatus 1, setting associated with motor drive is performed by a setting display device 20.
