<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a servo device at desired operation feeling by arbitrarily changing a drive frequency for motor drive control. <P>SOLUTION: When a frequency set signal is received as a control signal from a transmitter 10 via a receiver 20, information corresponding to the received frequency set signal is selected from prestored drive frequency set information. Furthermore, when a drive signal being the control signal from the transmitter 10 is input, a difference data signal which is taken in from a pulse width comparison part 34b by being synchronized with a difference data timing signal is conversion-processed in frequency so as to correspond to a selected drive frequency on the basis of the selected drive frequency set information. Then, the drive signal is created by using the obtained difference data conversion signal up to a prescribed count range on the basis of frequency processing information, and a drive mechanism 32 is driven and controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
