摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling oxygen concentration of a reactor cooling water side flow in a nuclear power plant. <P>SOLUTION: The oxygen concentration of a reactor cooling water sample is controlled by using desalinated water. Desalinated water 214 is injected into a reactor cooling water side flow 202 to create an oxidation flow 224 in which the oxygen concentration is increased. The desalinated water 214 of a known oxygen concentration in which oxygen more than at least twenty times of that of the reactor cooling water side flow 202 is contained is added.
