<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid motorcycle capable of improving the energy efficiency by using two electric motors. <P>SOLUTION: The hybrid motorcycle 1 including a power unit P, in which a clutch 65 for connecting and disconnecting driving force is disposed between a crank shaft C and a transmission T and which includes an engine E, includes: a first motor M1 connected to the crank shaft C through a one-way clutch 72 and capable of starting the engine E and assisting driving force to the crank shaft C; and a second motor M2 directly connected to a main shaft 49 formed into a pair with a counter shaft 50 of the transmission T and capable of assisting driving force to the main shaft 49 and regenerating power. The first motor M1 is coaxially disposed with the crank shaft C.
