<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing pluripotent stem cells modified genetically by homologous recombination, and to provide a method for detecting the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the pluripotent stem cells comprises: a step of introducing, as a targeting vector, an artificial chromosome having a genetically modified chromosome fragment; and a step of screening homologously recombined pluripotent stem cells by counting the number of partial or whole copies of the introduced artificial chromosome by using an SNP array. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
