<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass frame shape measuring apparatus in which a high-curve frame can be measured accurately and accuracy of die plate trace can be improved even in die plate measurement. <P>SOLUTION: A glass frame shape measuring apparatus comprises a holding unit 250 and a measuring unit. The holding unit 250 holds a probe shaft 282, to which a probe 281 is mounted, such that the probe shaft can be tilted. The measuring unit includes means for detecting a tilt angle of the probe shaft, XY moving means and rotation means 265 which is rotated around an axis in a Z direction. The apparatus further comprises control means and arithmetic means. The control means controls the rotation means and the XY moving means in such a manner that a back surface of the probe shaft is brought into contact with an edge of a die plate during a die plate measuring mode. The arithmetic means determines radius vector information of the die plate on the basis of positional information of the holding unit in an XY direction, rotation information of the rotation means and detection information of the tilt angle. In the middle of the measurement of the die plate, the control means controls the rotation means and the XY moving means in such a manner that tilting of the probe shaft is maintained vertical when the back surface of the probe shaft is brought into contact with the edge of the die plate, on the basis of measured information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
