<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel guiding system, a travel guiding device, a travel guiding method, and a computer program that enable a user to accurately determine a guide junction. <P>SOLUTION: A travel guiding system is configured so that, when there is a guide junction ahead in a vehicle traveling direction, it is determined whether or not the guide junction or a near junction is a mistaken junction that satisfies requirements that the number of traffic lights is easy to be mistakenly counted, when it is determined that a guide junction or a near junction is not a mistaken junction, "Traffic Light Guidance" for identifying the guide junction using the number of traffic lights located between a vehicle and the guide junction is set for a guide at the guide junction, and when it is determined that a guide junction or a near junction is a mistaken junction, "Distance Guidance" for identifying the guide junction without using the number of traffic lights located between a vehicle and the guide junction is set for a part or a whole of a guide at the guide junction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
