<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector capable of safely cleaning not only a filter element but a dust collecting container. <P>SOLUTION: The dust collector 1 has a filter element 21 and a dust collecting container 10 housing the filter element 21. The inside of the dust collecting container 10 is partitioned into a dust collecting chamber R1 in the upstream side of the filter element 21 and a filtering chamber R2 in the downstream side of the element 21, and is provided with a gas inflow path D1 facing the dust collecting chamber R1 and a gas outflow path D2 facing the filtering chamber R2. A liquid supply path D7 and liquid discharge path D4 facing the dust collecting chamber R1 are provided to the container 10, and the shut-off valves V4 and V1 are provided to the liquid discharge path D4 and the gas inflow path D1, respectively. The dust collector has a constitution such that when the shut-off valves V4 and V1 are closed and a cleaning liquid W1 is supplied from the liquid supply path D7, the dust collecting chamber R1 and also the filtering chamber R2 are immersed in the cleaning liquid W1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
