摘要 Disclosed is a fast switching-on mechanism (200) mounted on a side plate (108) of a circuit breaker. The fast switching-on mechanism comprises a rotary shaft (202) and an ejector pin (204). The ejector pin is installed on the side plate by means of the rotation of the rotary shaft, the ejector pin spanning the side plate. The ejector pin comprises a first portion (240) and a second portion (242). The first portion is connected to a handle (304) via a rod (300) and the second portion is located above a pressure plate (102). The fast switching-on structure has an additional ejector pin compared with current structures, meaning that in the preliminary stage of switching on, the pressure plate can press down a movable contact, thus the position of the movable contact in the preliminary stage of switching on does not change. In addition, in the process of switching on, the mechanical energy generated is stored in an energy storage spring. In the latter stage of switching on, the ejector pin releases the pressure plate, the pressure plate and the movable contact use the spring force of the energy storage spring to obtain a greater initial speed, accomplishing rapid switching on, and reducing the length of time for the action of switching on to 2-3 ms.
