<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual identification device and method for a circuit board, in which individual identification of the circuit board is simply and easily achieved. <P>SOLUTION: An individual identification device for a circuit board includes: a position information acquisition means 10 which measures positions of a plurality of measurement objects 110 on the circuit board 100 and acquires difference between a measured value of the measurement object 110 and a design value of the measurement object 110 as positional information for every measurement object 110; and a registration means 20 which registers combination of the positional information acquired by the position information acquisition means 10 as a substrate identification code. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
