PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance effects of information delivery.

SOLUTION: An information delivery system of the present invention includes an information delivery apparatus and a portable terminal with a camera section and a terminal side display section. The portable terminal includes orientation sensing means for sensing the orientation of the terminal and first wireless communication means for transmitting the orientation information sensed by the orientation sensing means and receiving external information. The information delivery apparatus includes second wireless communication means for receiving the orientation information and transmitting pre-stored delivery information in accordance with the orientation information. The portable terminal also includes superimposed display means for displaying on the terminal side display section the delivery information received by the first wireless communication means superimposed on display information taken in by the camera section.
