SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DESIGNING EXPERIMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a method and system for designing an experiment by using a computer for determining whether an experiment is a true experiment.

SOLUTION: The disclosed method or the like enables a user unfamiliar with the complexity of a true experiment design to design and expand an experiment usable to determine and quantify a causal relation between an independent variable and a dependent variable, which creates a substantially unconfounded result. The computer can select one or more independent variables and/or dependent variables of an experience or enables the user to select the independent variables and/or the dependent variables. The computer can execute randomization and/or blocking for forming a control group and a processing group and reducing the effect of a confounding variable regardless of the existence/absence of an input from the user.
