摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a curved screen for a back transmission type display, free from a crack in a hard coat layer, avoiding inclusion of a foreign substance, and with excellent productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method is for a curved screen 100 for a back transmission type display comprising a laminate having a three-dimensional curved surface for transmitting video light from a light incident surface side to a light emitting surface side. The manufacturing method comprises: a laminate preparation step for preparing a tabular laminate 10 with a lamination of a transfer foil 20 in which a curable resin has a semi-cured hard coat layer 21A formed on a detachable support medium 22; and a first curved surface formation step for bending the laminate to obtain a three-dimensional curved surface. The method further comprises: a cure progressing step following the first curved surface formation step for progressing the cure of the hard coat layer; and a support medium separation step following the cure progressing step for separating the detachable support medium. The laminate may be laminated with an optical control layer 30 in which a light absorption part and an optical transmission part are alternately arranged, and a fresnel lens sheet 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
