<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely collect residual yarn extracted from a bobbin. <P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical member 91 of a residual yarn collecting device 4 becomes an upright attitude while extracting the residual yarn R from the bobbin by a residual yarn extracting device 2, and is stored inside a machine table 1a of a residual yarn removing device 1. After extraction of the residual yarn R is completed and the bobbin is carried to a bobbin discharge passage from a rail 101, the cylindrical member 91 is inclined by rotating the cylindrical member 91 around a rotary shaft 93 by driving an air cylinder 92, and a collecting port 91b formed on the upper end of the cylindrical member is positioned almost just under a gripping claw of a gripping claw unit 24. Gripping of the residual yarn R by the gripping claw is released in this state, and the residual yarn R is pushed out downward by lowering a pressing member 81 so that the residual yarn R is dropped in the collecting port 91b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
