<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a magnetic sheet, capable of improving a magnetic property, even though it is a simple method using a magnetic field orientation. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a magnetic sheet includes the steps of: applying to a predetermined base material a magnetic composition created by mixing at least soft magnetic powder having a flat shape with binder dissolved in a solvent (applying step); applying a magnetic field to the coated object so that the magnetic powder stands up in a vertical direction to a surface of the coated object, within the time when the magnetic composition applied to the base material at the applying step has flowability (magnetic field applying step); leaving the coated material, to which the magnetic field is applied at the magnetic field applying step, at rest in a substantially non-magnetic state for a predetermined time, at least until the magnetic powder vertically standing up is collapsed in a horizontal direction parallel to the surface of the coated object (magnetic field releasing step); and drying the magnetic composition to form a magnetic sheet after the elapse of the predetermined time when the coated object is left at rest (drying step). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
