<p>This elastomer material (2) with immobilized ion component has elastomers (20), ion-immobilized particles (21) comprising a first ionic component (211) immobilized on a metal oxide particle (210), and a second ion component (22) having the charge opposite of that of the first ion component (211), wherein the ion-immobilized particles (21) are chemically bonded to the elastomers (20). In this elastomer material (2), the first ion component (211) is immobilized on the elastomers (20) via the metal oxide particles (210). For this reason, the first ion component (211) is not prone to displacement with the passage of time, or during use. Consequently, the characteristics of the elastomer material (2) do not tend to change over time. The elastomer material (2) is optimal as a structural material in transducers and conductive rollers.</p> |
