<p>This protective control device is equipped with: a control signal output circuit (21) which generates a sampling signal (32a) in synchronization with a 1PPS signal (42) and outputs a data number (32b) and the sampling signal (32a) in the form of a control signal (21a), said data number being cyclically counted up every time this sampling signal (32a) is generated; and a data output unit (50) which converts the amount of system electricity into digital data (15a) on the basis of the control signal (21a) from the control signal output circuit (21) and outputs the digital data. The control signal output circuit (21) is equipped with: a clock count arithmetic circuit (38) which obtains a second clock count (P1) and a third clock count (P2); and a synchronization control unit (39) which obtains the difference between a first clock count (P) and the second clock count (P1), and controls the cycle of the sampling signal (32a) on the basis of this difference and the third clock count (P2) so as to synchronize the generation timing of the sampling signal (32a) with the 1PPS signal (42).</p> |
