In some embodiments, a headlamp assembly (10) can comprise: a reflector (14), a mounting bracket (12), a housing (4), and a light source (36). The reflector (14) can have a lip (31) at a light source opening (30) and a peripheral rim (53) with a reflector portion (55) extending from the lip (31) to a peripheral rim (53). The mounting bracket (12) can be configured to attach to the reflector (14). The mounting bracket (12) can comprise attachment structures configured to mate with the lip (31), and adjustment features that enable horizontal, vertical, and pivotal adjustment. The light source (36) can extend into the reflector (14) through the light source opening (30).
