<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface display device that achieves natural interactions between an operator and a spatial image using an operator's hand by including no structural objects inhibiting operations around the spatial image projected in space. <P>SOLUTION: A user interface display device is configured such that an optical panel O with image forming function, such as a lens, is disposed with an optical axis thereof parallel to a virtual horizontal plane P which is defined with reference to an operator; and a flat panel display D with a display function is disposed below the optical panel O in an offset manner with a display surface Da of the display D on top tilted at a predetermined angle (θ) with respect to the virtual horizontal plane P.
