MAINTENANCE DEVICE, MAINTENANCE METHOD AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize devices whose priority degree in maintenance operations is high among from many maintenance object devices.

SOLUTION: A maintenance device comprises: a reading unit; a communication unit; an outlier degree calculation unit; and a maintenance priority degree calculation unit. The reading unit reads a recording medium which stores setting information including serial number, model name, setting items and setting values of each device to be maintained. The communication unit acquires statistical information regarding the setting information for each model name from a server connected to a network. The outlier degree calculation unit calculates an outlier related to the setting vales by comparing the setting information read by the reading unit with the statistical information acquired by the communication unit. The maintenance priority degree calculation unit totals the outlier degrees calculated by the outlier degree calculation unit for each serial number and calculates a priority degree in maintenance operations for each serial number on the basis of the result of totaling.
