<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web winder that efficiently replaces a winding-core of a web. <P>SOLUTION: The web winder includes: motors 5, 6 that rotate inside and outside rotary shafts 2, 3 disposed coaxially; two pairs of winding-core support arms 11, 21 fixed to the inside and outside rotary shafts 2, 3 at a base end, holding winding-cores 13, 23 at a distal end, and having winding-core set sections 12, 22 for rotating the winding-cores 13, 23; and two pairs of support roll support arms 31, 41 that form predetermined angles with each of winding-core support arms 11, 21, are fixed to the inside and outside rotary shafts 2, 3 at the base end, and rotatably holding support rolls 32, 42 at the distal end. Two pairs of arms 21, 31 fixed to the inside rotary shaft 2 penetrate through the outer rotary shaft 3.
