PURPOSE: An ascon plant mixing device is provided to minimize the breaking risk of a mixing device in the ascon plant capable of mixing the recycled aggregate and new aggregate and thereby extending the life time of the mixing device. CONSTITUTION: An ascon plant mixing device prepares two stirring axis rods(48) rotating with the gears(44, 46) within a mixing main body(42). Each of the stirring axis rod(48) is a high tensile steel barred body. A tip(51) is coupled to a top end part of each of the stirring axis rod(48) as a bolt nut(64) and an arm(52) having a shaft connection hole(54) is axis-fixed. The shaft connection hole(54) of the arm(52) and a fastener(56) are coupled as a bolt nut(60) and are axis-fixed. In both connected end parts of the connected shaft connection hole(54) and the fastener(56), and the top-end part of the arm(52) comprise the bolt nut abrasion preventive pieces(58, 64) to be equipped respectively. |
