<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor having high performance. <P>SOLUTION: An optical sensor 1 includes: measuring cells 20; a first selection line GSELA; and a reading line Sense. Each measuring cell comprises: a light receiving element PD; a first transistor AMPTFT1; a second transistor AMPTFT2; and a selection transistor SELTFT. A gate and a source of the first transistor AMPTFT1 are connected to a first pole of the light receiving element PD and a gate of the second transistor AMPTFT2. A drain, a gate and a source of the selection transistor SELTFT are connected to a source of the second transistor AMPTFT2, the first selection line GSELA and the reading line Sense.
