METHOD FOR PRODUCING LIQUID NUTRIENT COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a liquid nutrient composition without deteriorating quality of a prepared liquid even when holding the prepared liquid for more than 4 hours at 50°C.

SOLUTION: The method for producing the liquid nutrient composition includes steps of (i) obtaining the prepared liquid by preparing a raw material and (ii) holding the prepared liquid at 50°C, wherein the step (i) of obtaining the prepared liquid includes a step of adding diglycerol fatty acid ester and/or triglycerol fatty acid ester.
