<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat surface type X-ray sensor in which an internal driving timing and an external reference clock are matched with each other. <P>SOLUTION: An X-ray generating apparatus generates X-ray at a predetermined time interval on the basis of an external reference clock, and a flat surface type X-ray sensor picks up X-ray images obtained by transmitting the generated X-ray through an imaging target object. An internal driving signal generating circuit 50 for generating an internal driving signal for the flat surface type X-ray sensor is provided with a PLL-based reference clock generating circuit 51. The reference clock generating circuit 51 has a voltage controlled oscillator 62, a frequency dividing circuit 63, and a phase comparing circuit 61. The voltage controlled oscillator 62 generates an internal reference clock by using a quartz oscillator, for example. The frequency dividing circuit 63 divides the internal reference clock by a predetermined frequency division ratio and outputs a frequency-divided clock. The phase comparing circuit 61 compares the phase of the external reference clock and the phase of the frequency-divided clock and inputs the phase difference into the voltage controlled oscillator 62. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
