<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a system for encouraging a user of a building to take action based on his or her awareness of environmental improvement. <P>SOLUTION: A standby state display screen 40 is a screen in an initial state for waiting for a request of arbitrary screen transition. An acquisition information report display screen 42 is a screen for displaying an acquisition information report including a state of change or summary value of acquisition information. An interpretation data display screen 44 is a screen for displaying interpretation data showing an interpretation and an environmental improvement method on specific items of data or terms included in the acquisition information report. The system includes degree of awareness arithmetic means 86 for, when screen transition control means 80 controls screen transition from the acquisition information report display screen 42 to the interpretation data display screen 44 in response to a request from operation acceptance means 82, generating degree of awareness data 66 including the history of the control, and for making a storage device 14 store the degree of awareness data.
