<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor for reducing vibration of a rotary part by enhancing parallelism of a yoke. <P>SOLUTION: A yoke 35 is fixed with adhesive on an upper face of a second recess of a circular recessed portion 312 of a base 31. The second recess comprises a first face in contact with a lower face of the yoke 35, and a second face having a gap in an axial direction with the lower face of the yoke 35.
