<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of appropriately displaying information about the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A guide part 85 allows a first display part 81 and a first operation part 82 to be moved in the directions of an arrow AR1. A second display part 86 is constituted of a liquid crystal display in the same way as the first display part 81 and realizes a touch panel function. Besides, the second display part 86 is provided under the first display part 81 as shown in Fig. 3, thereby to be visually recognized when the guide part 85 guides the first display part 81 and the first operation part 82. A second operation part 87 is an input part provided to be adjacent to the second display part 86. As shown in Fig. 3, the second operation part 87 is provided under the first display part 81 in the same way as the second display part 86.
