摘要 The present invention relates to the technical field of application of a lithium ion battery anode material. A multilayer composite ternary material precursor for a lithium ion battery anode material has the following molecular formula: NixCoyMn1-x-y(OH)2, 0.4<x<0.6 and 0.1<y<0.3; and adopts a core shell multilayer composite structure comprising a core part and a plurality of layers of shell parts sequentially covering the outer layer of the core part. The core part and the multilayer shell parts are respectively enriched in different ingredients so that function recombination and complementation of the core part and the multilayer shell parts are achieved. The core part has the molecular formula: (NiaCobMn1-a-b)(OH)2, 0.6<=a<1 and 0<=b<=0.2. The ternary material thereof is of a multistage core shell structure.
