The hinge-joint portion (38) is configured, so that a width direction of the hinge-joint portion (38) is parallel to a line (44) that connects an opening start position (41) arranged in an edge portion of the lid body (31) and an opening fulcrum (42) at an opposite side of the opening start position (41).</p>
