The method involves receiving a speech recognition result that represents contents of a speech input in a mobile device (16). A desired service is determined by processing the speech recognition result using a service identifying grammar. A user service request is determined by processing a part of the speech recognition result using service-specific grammar. The user service request is released and a service response is received. An audio message is generated from the service response. The audio message is presented to a user i.e. vehicle driver, via a loudspeaker.
