PURPOSE: A transparent case for stationery purpose and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be environmentally useful as a chemical adhesive is not used and at the same time, are able to be manufactured by using an environment-friendly material. CONSTITUTION: A transparent case manufacturing method comprises following processes: a process of arranging a rectangular front plate(2) and a rear plate(4) shaped with a synthetic resin which is enable to see through and a frame(6) which is arranged to open one side in an edge part between the front plate and the rear plate, having a square surface and contacting with the front plate and the rear plate on a ultrasonic fusion device; and a process of a fusion protrusion(12) which is formed on an upper mold(10) positioned at an upper part of the front plate, contacting with the front plate and ultrasonic fusion with the frame. The fusion protrusion is shaped linearly. |
