A secondary battery is provided to reduce the number of parts and to simplify the structure, thereby improving productivity and allowing it to be manufactured easily. A secondary battery(100) comprises an electrode group(10) which comprises a separator(13), and a positive electrode(11) and a negative electrode(12) arranged at the both sides of the separator; a core(40) where the electrode group is wound and which is electrically connected with the one uncoated area(12a) of the electrode group; a connection tap(60) which is integrated with the core to collect current; a separation tap which is electrically connected with the other uncoated area of the electrode group; a case(20) which accommodates the electrode group; a cap assembly(30) which is combined with the case to seal it ; and an external terminal(32, 33) which is combined on the cap assembly and is connected with the each tap. |
