<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canister arranging structure of a saddle riding type vehicle capable of effectively protecting a canister from a surrounding external causes in a constitution in which the canister is arranged in a space behind an air cleaner. <P>SOLUTION: A front rear fender 29F extending along sub frames 8R and covering a rear wheel WR from a front side is arranged in an obliquely rear and lower side of the sub frames 8R and in an obliquely front and upper side of rear wheel WR arranged below seat frames 5R, the canister 55 is arranged between the right and left sub frames 8R located behind the air cleaner 45 so as to extend along the sub frames 8R.
