<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method that significantly improves workability and productivity in the multistage-pressing of a metal-based one-sided copper clad plate, and also suppresses warpage caused in the product after molding. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a metal-based one-sided copper-clad plate includes superposing a resin coated copper foil in which a resin layer is coated on one side of a copper foil, and a metal base on each other, and thermo-pressure molding them between hot plates. In the method, a plurality of sets of laminates in which the resin coated copper foil is laminated on the metal base while a side with the resin layer of the resin coated copper foil faces the metal base are disposed so that the resin coated copper foils and the metal bases are alternately arranged on one another, and are subjected to the thermo-pressure molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
