<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device that suppresses transitional biased magnetization of a transformer resulting from a voltage fluctuation without requiring any additional components. <P>SOLUTION: A control circuit 13 decides a pulse width on the basis of a result of comparison of an output voltage of an output side circuit 12 with a voltage command, and controls switching of FETs 110-113 such that a pulse voltage having the decided pulse width is applied to a primary winding 100 alternately positively and negatively with time. Specifically, the switching of the FETs 110-113 is controlled such that the pulse width is updated every time the pulse voltage is applied three consecutive times. Biased magnetization of a transformer 10 can thus be suppressed even when an input voltage fluctuates. An existing capacitor for biased magnetization prevention is dispensed with.
