<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grind a round blade for an appropriate grinding time by making grinding wheels come into contact with the round blade at an appropriate pressure without depending on an experience of a user, enable stable grinding, safely grind the round blade by making the grinding wheels come into contact with the round blade by using a control part without making the user directly touch the round blade, and eliminate the necessity of external electric power by providing a power generation part. <P>SOLUTION: This grinding device for grinding the rotating round blade and grinding control method include: a surface side grinding wheel and a back face side grinding wheel which are used for grind the round blade; a grinding wheel moving mechanism moving the grinding wheels so as to make the grinding wheels come into contact with the round blade; a positioning sensor detecting a first position where the grinding wheels are not brought into contact with the round blade; the control part performing movement from the first position to a second position which permits contact with the round blade so as to perform grinding at a predetermined pressure for a predetermined grinding time; the power generation part using the rotation of the round blade; and an attachment part attached to the round blade. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
