<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means which equalizes a flow rate between parallel channels, and prevents positional variations in cooling performance. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling medium flows into an inlet side channel 14 from an inflow port 11. A plurality of parallel channels 17 are connected to the inlet side channel. The parallel channels are arranged in a first direction, and each of the parallel channels makes a cooling medium flow in a direction intersecting the first direction. An outlet side channel 20 is connected to the parallel channels, and the cooling medium flowing in the parallel channels flow into the outlet side channel. An inlet side equalizing structure 22 is disposed between the inlet side channel and the parallel channels. The inlet side equalizing structure makes the cooling medium flow from the inlet side channel to the parallel channels, and brings the flow rates of the plurality of parallel channels close to be uniform.
