<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a load as aerobic exercise to muscles through kinetic resistance by the weight load of the body and a loaded weight, when walking while pushing a handcart by hand during walking as health promotion action, and to thereby promote health effects by walking. <P>SOLUTION: In the handcart, a handle 5 that a walker grips is installed in one end of a connecting rod 4, and wheels 1 are installed in the other end. Near the wheels 1, a water tank 3 with water filled therein or a weight made of metal, concrete, plastic, wood, etc. are loaded.
