<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector device capable of sufficiently coupling a receptacle with a header regardless of the number of terminals, and realizing higher connection reliability, and a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: Posts provided on a header 20 comprises two kinds of posts, i.e., a connecting post 221 with uniform thickness, and a coupling post 222 whose neck part 223 on a base end side is thicker than a head part 224 on a tip side. The connecting post 221 is inserted in a connecting through hole 131, and is electrically connected to a receptacle 10 by elasticity of an elastic film 15 around the connecting through hole 131. The coupling post 222 is inserted in a coupling through hole 132. When the head part 224 passes through the coupling through hole 132, the head part 224 is hooked with a peripheral edge of the coupling through hole 132, so as to mechanically couple the socket 10 with the header 20. A projecting amount of the connecting post 221 from a first face 210 of the header substrate 21 is set larger than that of the neck part 223 of the coupling post 222. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
