<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle detector for detecting particles at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The particle detector is a device for detecting particles of biological origin. The particle detector comprises: a collection part 20 for collecting particles on a collection substrate 71; a fluorescence detection part 30 which irradiates excitation light toward the particles collected on the collection substrate 71 and receives the fluorescence emitted from the particles; a cleaning part 50 for removing the particles from the collection substrate 71; and a moving mechanism 60 for moving the collection substrate 71 among a collection/heating position for collecting the particles on the collection substrate 71 by the collection part 20, a detection position for receiving the fluorescence by the fluorescence detection part 30 and a refreshing position for removing the particles from the collection substrate 71 by the cleaning part 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
