<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forced power-supply type welding contact tip, which facilitates a supply work of a welding wire to the welding contact tip, of which the outer diameter is small, and in which the replacement cost of consumables is inexpensive. <P>SOLUTION: A movable member 8 is arranged inside a member 1 on a tip body leading end side of having an outlet hole 2 of the welding wire 21; a second through-hole 9 through which the welding wire 21 is inserted is eccentrically-arranged from the center axis of the movable member 8; tapers 19 and 20 on the leading end side and a root side of the movable member 8 is brought into contact with a taper 17 on an inner surface of the member 1 on the tip body leading end side and a taper 18 on a leading end side of a pressure shaft 11; and the movable member 8 is biased in a direction of the outlet hole 2 through the pressure shaft 11 by a pressure member 14. As a result, the welding wire 21 forcedly comes into contact with the outlet hole 2 when inserting the welding wire 21, and thereby the forced power supply is performed to the welding wire 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
