<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid adverse influence on operations of other virtual computers. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring controller includes: a measurement part for measuring consumption of resources of a virtual computer; and a control part for limiting the consumption of the resources of the virtual computer when it is detected by measurement in the measurement part that the consumption of the resources of the virtual computer exceeds a threshold, and canceling the limitation after mitigating the limitation when it is detected by the measurement in the measurement part that the consumption of the resources of the virtual computer is below the limited value thereafter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
