METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RAPID-HARDENING AGENT AND CONCRETE PRODUCT

Provided is a method for manufacturing a rapid-hardening agent and a concrete product in which initial strength is increased even when using mixed cement. A rapid-hardening agent is obtained by heat treating a mixture of a CaO raw material, a CaSO4 raw material, and at least one type of raw material selected from a group consisting of an Al2O3 raw material, an Fe2O3 raw material, and an SiO2 raw material; and the rapid-hardening agent includes a heat-treated material containing a ratio of 10-70 parts by weight of a free lime, 10-50 parts by weight of a hydraulic compound, and 10-60 parts by weight of an anhydrous gypsum, in a total of 100 hundred parts by weight of the free lime, the hydraulic compound, and the anhydrous gypsum. The method for manufacturing the concrete product is characterized in that the rapid-hardening agent is compounded at 2-15 parts by weight, in 100 parts by weight of a cement composition comprising cement and the rapid-hardening agent, the steam curing temperature from casting to demolding is set to 70°C or less, and the maturity from casting to demolding is set to 210-320°C·hr.
