<p>An optical position detection device having: a light-irradiating unit for irradiating light onto a detection target, and a light-receiving unit for receiving light reflected from the detection target. The light-receiving unit has: a divided photodiode having a light-receiving surface divided two-dimensionally into a plurality of light-receiving regions, each of the light-receiving regions outputting a current corresponding to the intensity of light received by the light-receiving region; a light-receiving lens for collecting reflected light from the detection target and forming an image of the detection target on the light-receiving surface of the divided photodiode; and a computation unit for detecting the position of the detection target in the two-dimensional direction orthogonal to the optical axis of the light-receiving lens on the basis of the output current corresponding to each of the light-receiving regions in the divided photodiode.</p> |
